At the center of it all

Originally home to the quintessential New England dairy company H.P. Hood and Sons, Hood Park is a master-planned urban campus in Boston.

Hood Park offers a unique alternative to Kendall Square, Downtown Boston, and the Seaport for companies seeking modern and flexible work space.

The 20-acre campus is undergoing comprehensive development and improvements throughout, creating distinctive Class A office and research & development space in the vibrant Charlestown neighborhood of Boston.

Location

  • Transit-oriented development
  • At the intersection of Boston, Cambridge, and Somerville
  • Surrounded by a vibrant and desirable neighborhood

Access

Hood Park is situated at the crux of several main arteries, offering its tenants a location central to Boston and Cambridge. Immediate access to Interstate 93 and close proximity to Route 1 and North Station make the suburbs minutes away by car or commuter rail. Urban commuters are within walking distance of two MBTA stations as well as Charlestown, Somerville, and East Cambridge. And just to the east is Logan International Airport, giving Hood Park quick access to the global reach of Boston. No matter where you are or how you travel, you’re never far from Hood Park.

Hood Park Access Guide
