We want to hear your ideas as we design the green space, new pedestrian walkways, and bike lanes so that Hood Park can truly be a resource for all in Charlestown.

Boston Planning & Development Agency (BPDA) staff will present an overview of how Boston's zoning code works, focusing on its role in guiding development in the city at large, and within the neighborhood of Charlestown. A question and answer session will follow.

Public meeting to review and discuss the proposed changes to the Hood Park Master Plan project (the "Proposed Project") in Charlestown. The Proposed Project envisions a total of 1,785,804 gross square feet of development spread among a total of eleven (11) buildings with a variety of uses including commercial, residential, hotel, and retail. A total of 1,765 vehicle parking spaces are proposed within the project site.

This particular meeting will focus on the design and architectural components of the Proposed Project and will include an overview of the overall design strategy and architecture of the revised Hood Park Master Plan, with a focus on the proposed 10 Stack Street building as included in the Notice of Project Change (NPC); a prioritized conversation with the Impact Advisory Group (IAG); and a question and answer session with the general public. The public is encouraged to attend.

Please join us for our sustainability/environmental focused meeting on Thursday, January 24 at 6 pm. This particular meeting will focus on the sustainability and environmental aspects of the revised Hood Park Master Plan and include a prioritized conversation with the Impact Advisory Group (IAG), as well as a question and answer session with the general public. The public is encouraged to attend.

Please join us on Thursday, January 31 at 6 pm for our public meeting at Cambridge College. This particular meeting will focus on the proposed Amended and Restated Planned Development Area ("PDA") Master Plan for the Proposed Project, Development Plan for 10 Stack Street, and First Amendment to the Development Plan for 100 Hood Park Drive that was submitted by Hood Park LLC (the "Proponent") to the BPDA on December 11, 2018.

Please join us on Tuesday, February 5 at 6 p.m. at Cambridge College for an Impact Advisory Group (IAG) meeting in connection with the revised Hood Park Master Plan project in Charlestown.

Please note that the purpose of this meeting is different than that of a traditional community meeting. As part of the development review process, IAG members work closely with BPDA staff to identify the impacts of a project and recommend appropriate community benefits and mitigation to offset those impacts. IAG meetings prioritize discussion between the project proponent (i.e. the developer) and IAG members.

The meeting is open to the public.

BCDC meeting to discuss the public realm impacts of major projects currently being reviewed by the BPDA. This meeting will discuss Hood Park Master Plan NPC & 10 Stack Street. Committee meetings are open to the public.

The Proposed Project envisions a total of 1,735,800 gross square feet of development spread among numerous buildings with a variety of heights and uses including commercial, residential, hotel, and retail. A total of 1,465 vehicle parking spaces are proposed within the project site.

This particular meeting will focus on the latest updates to the proposal based on input throughout the public review process to date. The public is encouraged to attend.

The Boston Planning & Development Agency Board welcomes the public to participate in the BPDA Board Meeting. Note that the Board Meeting will start at 3:30 PM, but all public hearings will start at 5:30 PM.
